Making every customer interaction count! This role supports users across voice, chat, and email, delivering a consistent experience across all channels. Must be able to work onsite: 105 Live Oaks Gardens, Casselberry, FL 32707** Provide timely responses via email, live chat, and phone. Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, maintaining professionalism at all times. Deliver exceptional customer service with passion and dedication. Drive continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience. Keep client cases accurate, current, and organized. Maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions. Complete all required training and apply knowledge to support clients effectively. Qualifications What You’ll Bring: High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years of age. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Familiarity with call center software and telecommunication tools Retail or related customer service experience Good data entry/keyboard skills; 40 WPM minimum Experience with channels of support, including voice, e-mail, social and/or chat.
