We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Customer Care Representative who thrives on helping people and delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and timely support. Listen actively to customer needs and concerns, offering thoughtful solutions and potential guidance throughout their car buying journey. Coordinate Dealerships- such as test drives or dealership visits, proving feedback and ensuring a smooth stress-free experience. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and maintain engagement. Document interactions and maintain accurate records. What You Bring: Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you’re empathetic, speak clear English, and professional. A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, support, or a similar role (preferably in an automotive industry) Needs to have passion about cars Comfort with technology — email platforms, and video calls when needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Adept at researching and explaining things to car shoppers — whether it’s answering specific questions about a vehicle, dealership policies, or helping request additional materials like photos. Excellent at follow-ups and managing multiple open cases or tickets simultaneously, ensuring no customer is left behind and every inquiry is resolved efficiently.
