CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

At Sensient, customer service is a core part of our value proposition and a clear differentiator. The Customer Care Representative is part of a marketing-led team supporting local customers for optimal customer experience. This role will digitally interact with customers daily ensuring that these customers see Sensient as their optimal color supplier.

Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for a defined customer base of local and historical customers
  • Analyze customer order patterns and reacting to ups-and-downs
  • Respond to customer queries promptly within defined KPIs
  • Proactively run daily customer calls
  • Assess customer business and suggest complimentary items
  • Discuss substitute product offerings in case of constrained or delayed supply of customer preferred product(s)
  • Execute and follow-up on campaigns run by the Sales Enablement manager
  • Send defined Showpad content to customer base
  • Identify project opportunities and nurture the respective account to maximize business potential
  • Nurturing marketing qualified leads (MQLs) that are received and manage:
  • Prompt and high-quality customer turnaround within defined KPIs
  • Initial project request scoping, documentation, and project management
  • Increasing MQL knowledge via desktop research and further networking to validate future potential
  • Maintain and utilize the following:
  • Data accuracy for the defined customer base including contact information, contact history and customer updates
  • Internal sales tasks, such as reporting within deadlines
  • Sales negotiations within a set framework
  • Handling and processing customer request and inquiries in collaboration with other internal departments and based on standard documents and procedures available
