Due to our expanding business, we have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our friendly team in the role of Customer Care & Sales!

Customers are always at the heart of everything we do, and you will be responsible for being their first point of contact throughout their Puddle Ducks journey.

  • 18 hours per week - Monday to Wednesday
  • Office & telephone based role.

Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Become an expert about our classes and Puddle Ducks.
  • Responding to new enquiries (online, email and telephone) in a timely manner to convert into Puddle Ducks class members by effectively communicating with them about our award- winning classes.
  • Schedule and undertake follow up calls with new members at the start of their Puddle Ducks journey.
  • Maintain customer databases.
  • Respond to queries from current members.
  • Proactively manage any actual or potential customer issues.
  • Contribute towards creating a ‘’best-in-class’’ customer service experience.
  • Any other ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team as required.
  • Having a commitment to our vision, mission, and values.
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £12.21 per hour
    Expected hours: 18 per week
