Description Job Description: This role involves maintaining and servicing equipment at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to safety standards. Core Responsibility: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on low voltage and high voltage equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using hand tools, impacts and drill. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their needs are met. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency. Adhere to safety protocols while working in industrial environments. Requirements Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial mechanics is preferred. Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers and team members. Ability to read prints required. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to various job sites as needed. Must be able to work overtime and travel to jobsite for extended periods of time. Continuous travel periods can account for more than 60-80% of scheduled worktime.
