Responsibilities: Customer Care Specialist has the following responsibilities and duties: Manage incoming calls & emails from customers who have questions about or are interested in purchasing Del Sol color changing products or amazingly soft Cariloha bamboo products. Build positive relationships of trust with customers by anticipating their needs and providing solutions to their needs. Coordinate with members of other departments to resolve customer concerns. Requirements: Customer Care Specialist should have the following skills, education, and experience: This is an in-office position. Remote work not available at this time. Full-Time Position (Availability 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) 30-40 hours per week. During peak season (November and December), the role will require 1 – 2 Saturday shifts per month. Ability to connect with people and measure success by how happy you make others Proven record of solving problems.
