JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor for our Customer Service Department. This office-based role involves handling various customer interactions related to our cover plans. You will manage claims calls, address declined claims, and conduct feedback calls to help us continually improve our service.

• Act as the initial contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Process incoming calls for general updates, claims, and complaint resolution
• Manage declined claims enquiries and suggest alternative options
• Conduct feedback calls to understand customer experiences and satisfaction levels
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Contribute to specific customer service campaigns
