Responsibilities

ROLE & TEAM

We seek a Customer Care Specialist (f/m/x) to support our Milan team in Customer Care activities. In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting suppliers, managing tenant requests, and coordinating key processes related to customer care.
The role involves a 8-hour shift, Monday to Sunday with two days off. Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Organizing check-in/check-out appointments.
  • Conducting document and contract verification.
  • Coordinating supplier schedules.
  • Managing keys and access control.
  • Preparing materials for suppliers.
  • Assisting external suppliers.
  • Handling tenant requests efficiently.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE ROLE

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 or C2 level).
  • Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
