About the Position We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image as part of the company team. * You’ll report to the Senior Plant Manager for our Kalispell, MT location, focusing on these key responsibilities: * Assist in inventory management of products with month-end count, ordering, shipping and receiving to other plants and non-local customers. * Organize deliveries. * Smoothly answer and operate phone system, communicating with customers in a professional manner. * Greet and assist walk-in customers or suppliers in a professional manner. * Perform data entry of delivery tickets, work orders and other account information as needed. * Perform various clerical functions, including copying, printing, filing, sending/receiving/distributing documents. * Accept and process payments. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements * Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft products, and the ability to learn new programs. * Recent telephone/receptionist and or customer service experience. * Ability to multi-task. * Ability to stay calm under pressure. * Willing to be on-call on a rotating schedule once fully trained. * Ability to sit for long periods. * Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. * Work in moderate noise levels. * Work with minimum supervision.
