At King of Reach, we’re looking for a detail-driven and self-starting Customer Care Specialist to manage the order process for our retail clients, including well-known names like Action, Normal and Zeeman. Reach your full potential as Customer Care Specialist As a Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for the flawless processing of retail orders and collaborate closely with colleagues from stock management, purchasing, finance, logistics and sales. You’ll join a diverse, international team where you get a lot of autonomy and ownership. You know what needs to be done, and take the lead when action is needed. What you’ll do Process and follow up on orders for retail clients Coordinate with internal departments and external customers Spot and resolve issues in the order process Keep all records and admin up to date Coordinate the full order flow from start to finish Qualifications This is you You combine structure with a proactive mindset. You like fixing things and don’t shy away from tough conversations. You take initiative, work independently, and communicate clearly and professionally.
