Job Description Position Title: Customer Care Specialist (R25-5476) Location: Noida The Customer Service Support Specialist provides essential support across pre-sales, ensuring smooth order management, service scheduling, and effective customer communication. This role involves handling inquiries, managing orders and returns, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Strong problem-solving are key to success You will be reporting to : TEAM LEADER, CUSTOMER CARE Your Responsibilities: · Respond to customer and internal inquiries regarding orders, returns, replacements, and equipment details. · Manage order entries, delivery schedules, and project coordination. · Schedule calls and follow up on service requests. · Handle requests for company materials and documentation. · Maintain accurate records of returns, pricing updates, and product changes. · Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions and requests with stakeholders. · Handle customer calls on email and phone calls. The Essentials - SKILL  Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)  Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills work collaboratively across teams  Experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users and accuracy in data handling  Basic Knowledge in excel (can perform complex functions) and Power BI Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field Additional certifications in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or CRM tools. Prior experience in customer support or order management.
