Description WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is looking for a dynamic Customer Care Specialist to join our team! We are a luxury retailer of home appliances, outdoor kitchens, plumping fixtures, and mattresses. Our Customer Care team is responsible for supporting our valued customers through their various queries following delivery and installation of their purchased products. The team provides a vital role in our customer experience cycle and we have found that the most successful team members share the same qualities: great communication, empathy, and a tenacity towards teamwork. This role is primarily working within our ticket system on PCs and taking phone calls. Our ideal candidate is someone experienced with effective and empathetic communication over the phone. Responsibilities Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems Provide data and guides to help the sales team Develop and monitor performance indicators Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information Keep record of sales trends Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience Suggest sales process improvements Skills Minimum 3 years experience as in a customer service role that is primarily phone-based Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel In-depth understanding of customer service practices Excellent communication skills Analytical and multitasking skills Teamwork and motivational skills WORK SCHEDULE: Full time -5 days a week Some weekend availability required for Saturday coverage or special events. Occasionally required to stand for extended periods of time. Frequently sitting and typing for extended periods of time. Frequently able to communicate verbally and in written form. Frequently able to use all types of vision, such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception, to complete daily tasks. Occasionally required to bend, stretch, reach or stoop. Required to wear comfortable and office appropriate clothes within Business Casual standards.
