This role plays a key part in enhancing customer experience, increasing call volume, and supporting daily operations. What You’ll DoCustomer Care & Operations Handle inbound calls with compassion and professionalism Support families and clients seeking home care services Manage dispatching and technician/caregiver routing to maximize utilization Make outbound calls for follow-ups, unsold estimates, and re-engagement lists Marketing Support Collaborate with the corporate marketing team Assist with social media content, remarketing, and promotional specials Help strengthen brand awareness and trust within the community Systems & Process Support ServiceTitan expertise (REQUIRED): Maintain and update the price book Adjust pricing guides Support overall system setup and workflow improvements Contribute to HR, policy-making, and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures ServiceTitan experience is mandatory Advanced English (C1) English-only environment Customer service experience with high call volume Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to support both customer care and marketing activities
