About the position
Customer Care ensures that sales team have sufficient, professional sales administrative support in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
Main responsibilities
SAP update – exchange rates every day at noon
A-orders to local SSAB stock, stock planning, replenishment
Following A-orders – delivery on time and fulfilment
Order confirmations to customers
Call off orders and delivery on time planning
Hire processing PDF orders to SSC
Diwa order processing: reporting arrived coils, reporting cutting, creating labels, reporting deliveries, creating delivery papers, ordering coils to loading, ordering transports, agreeing and communicating unloading slots between customers and transport companies
SAP claim handling and customer’s systems claim handling, material back to stock etc.
Credit notes, new accounts, new addresses registrations , payment terms, not closed orders
About You
University degree or applicable work experience
Recently graduated or some experience in customer relationship/business-to-business sales & marketing administrative tasks and customer service
Communicative English
Good customer service skills
Good team player
Modern office programs and tools usage skills English
