Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AS CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISOR:

As a Customer Care Supervisor, you will manage customer accounts and oversee Job Coordinators to ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll also engage in inside sales efforts, cultivating telephonic relationships with adjusters, TPAs, and restoration contractors, while supporting the company’s marketing initiatives. This role is essential to driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer & Sales Engagement

  • Build relationships over the phone with adjusters, third-party administrators, and restoration contractors
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Support marketing efforts, including executing email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Administrative Leadership

  • Supervise Job Coordinators and ensure accurate customer file management
  • Create documents and manage internal systems (CRM, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Report on sales pipeline, performance metrics, and market insights

Other Duties as Assigned
