We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, data entry, and order entry, who possess exceptional problem-solving skills. JOB SUMMARY:
As the supervisor of the Customer Care team, you will ensure a positive and seamless customer experience for our clients. You will supervise the team that focuses on supporting all aspects of the sales process – from placing orders to scheduling deliveries of items to resolving any customer service issues.
