Company : Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd About the Opportunity: An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Customer Care Supervisor - Technical to join our Customer Care Centre leadership team. This is a permanent, fulltime opportunity located at our Acacia Ridge branch. In this role, you will provide strong leadership, guidance and coaching to the Technical Parts team while driving operational excellence. You will be responsible for delivering logistical support, technical expertise and strategic direction to ensure outstanding customer service and efficient processes.
