Responsibilities
  • Be comfortable communicating directly with internal and external customers and making low level priority calls.
  • Be able to plan and manage daily/weekly tasks efficiently.
  • Be a team player and able to adapt to cover changes in workload or team capacity.
  • Have user level computer literacy skills such as MS Office Applications and experience of working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge and experience preferred, but not essential).
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset to improve processes and products.
  • Be determined and motivated to drive great outcomes for customers.
  • Have a basic understanding of pressure and electrical instrumentation (preferred).
  • Have a high level of motivation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Based within commutable distance to Groby, Leicester, UK.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English (additional language skills desirable)
  • This job is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days on site, flexible hours are available upon request (subject to Manager’s discretion
