In this role, you’ll lead our Collaboration Team in delivering industry-leading experiences for our key customers. You’ll shape joint supply-chain strategies and foster a truly customer-centric culture.

• Set and ensure completion of weekly priorities for the Collaboration Team
• Maintain inbound service performance at or above 98% and hit customer-specific targets
• Develop and execute joint customer supply-chain strategies using internal and external feedback
• Lead flawless communication to customers and internal stakeholders, managing expectations end-to-end
• Act as the escalation point for senior supply-chain colleagues and resolve high-priority issue
