Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of 8–12 associates, creating an inclusive, collaborative, and high-energy environment.
  • Be the go-to operational contact for our key customers — understanding their goals, owning their KPIs, and representing their voice within Mars.
  • Manage day-to-day operations while supporting long-term strategy and team development.
  • Drive service excellence by identifying tailored supply solutions, managing escalation points, and helping your team navigate supply challenges.
  • Build and nurture strong internal and external networks, ensuring alignment and collaboration at every level.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve how we work and deliver value.
  • Own and lead the team’s engagement and development plans, ensuring growth, performance, and well-being.
