Make an Impact by: Owning the end-to-end customer communication strategy and roadmap across all B2C touchpoints. Actively participating in and influencing the design of the new communication technology landscape, collaborating closely with IT and Product. Establishing clear governance, approval criteria, and quality standards for all customer communication, ensuring transactional and marketing emails meet the same bar. Ensuring correct recipient targeting, testing readiness, and compliant send-out execution. Collaborating closely with CRM and Campaign Management to align transactional and marketing communication, defining and maintaining lifecycle-based content, tone-of-voice, and brand standards across markets and channels. Designing and documenting scalable communication processes that can grow with the business and adapt across markets. Leading cross-functional alignment across Product, Commercial, IT, and Operations to ensure consistent and high-quality execution. Your Profile Several years of experience in customer communication, CRM, content strategy, or a similar role in a B2C environment. Proven track record of owning and improving customer communication programs with measurable impact on customer experience. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You are the person others turn to in order to get the message right. Strong process design skills: you can map, document, and improve complex workflows across teams. Strong hands-on, can-do mindset with a clear focus on outcomes. Solid experience with customer communication or messaging platforms. Strategic thinker who can own a roadmap and make prioritisation decisions with confidence. Comfortable collaborating with IT and engineering stakeholders. You don't need to write code, but you understand how systems connect and can hold your own in technical discussions. Pragmatic, structured, and comfortable with end-to-end ownership and accountability. Fluent in English, German is a plus.
