Lead all in‑store customer communication activations, including circular production, promotional signage, store events, grand openings, and community engagement initiatives. Support digital content creation, social scheduling, and customer engagement across platforms as needed. Partner with Merchandising, Creative Services, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate promotional execution, consistent brand communication, and high‑quality marketing materials.
