We have an immediate opening for a Dispatch/Customer Communications Support Specialist located at the Albany office - 2nd shift. Our Customer Communications/Support Representatives understand the importance of teamwork and possess a “customer first” attitude. The right candidate also has excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and problem-solve, and can successfully work independently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in electronic customer communications via email and online help is a plus.

  • Dispatch support for Service Technicians and Fuel Drivers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
