Why you’ll like this role You enjoy being the person people trust to own the details and close the loop You like work that blends relationship-building + operational execution You appreciate a culture grounded in Family, Trust & Partnership, and Urgency & Professionalism What you’ll do Own partner communication for assigned strategic accounts, providing proactive, clear updates Coordinate with departments across the organization, vendors, and support teams to keep execution aligned Manage orders (standard, special, drop ship) and exceptions (backorders, substitutions, bill-and-hold, special handling, freight constraints) Resolve time-sensitive issues tied to orders, freight, products, and AR; escalate recurring issues appropriately Validate order accuracy and communicate status and resolution clearly to partners Support promotions outreach and partner planning using dashboards/reporting tools Support ForeSight users with basic troubleshooting and guided escalation; document recurring issues and help improve processes Perform other related duties as assigned What success looks like in your first 90 days You have built working relationships with internal teams and assigned partners You understand order flow, systems, and escalation paths Partners experience consistent communication and follow-through aligned with FORSHAW’s values Requirements Qualifications Experience in customer service, account support, operations, or a related role Strong communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive work Professionalism, accountability, attention to detail; comfort collaborating across teams Familiarity with ERP/order tools/support platforms preferred, such as Outlook, Teams, and dashboards Professional pest management product knowledge or industry experience preferred Physical requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Regular use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers) Ability to move throughout the office as needed to collaborate with internal teams Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds
