The ideal candidate will drive service revenue growth across Delhi NCR by securing AMC/CAMC contracts for chillers, selling aftermarket spares, and executing low-side HVAC solutions. This role requires an engineer-cum-sales professional who can maintain strong customer relationships, execute timely warranty conversions, and consult clients on energy-saving HVAC products. Key Responsibilities AMC & CAMC Operations: Secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (CAMC) for commercial chiller systems. Business Growth :- Ensure order booking and revenue targets are achieved, also responsible for timely payment collection. Warranty Conversions: Track newly commissioned equipment and ensure timely conversion of standard warranties into post-warranty service contracts. Aftersales & Spares Sales: Drive the sales of genuine HVAC compressor parts, chiller consumables, and aftermarket spare parts. Low-Side HVAC Solutions: Identify, propose, and execute low-side refurbishment projects, including piping, ducting, AHU overhauls, and cooling tower retrofits. Consultative Selling: Conduct structured customer meetings to update clients on energy-saving upgrades, retrofits, and modern HVAC solution products. Client Management: Schedule and execute timely customer review meetings to maintain high retention rates and resolve service grievances. Market Intelligence: Track competitor service strategies, pricing trends, and customer demands within the Delhi NCR corporate and industrial hubs. Account Management : Identifies potential options that would be required to meet customer needs and work closely with Technical Support Team to make those options available to customers. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Electrical / Electronic Engineering. Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HVAC service sales, specifically handling chillers and low-side systems. Regional Knowledge: Strong existing network with facility managers, tech parks, industries, and commercial buildings in Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of chiller operations, HVAC thermal efficiency, and energy-saving calculations.
