Responsibilities

At Mainstreet Credit Union, our Member Experience Centre Representatives are more than contact centre agents — they’re trusted financial guides and the first line of defense against fraud. Every day, you’ll connect with members through phone, email, live chat, and other virtual channels, helping with everything from everyday banking and technical troubleshooting to spotting unusual activity that could indicate fraud.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Provide exceptional service while guiding members through our full range of products and services.
  • Ask the right questions to uncover needs, offer advice, and refer to specialists when needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify suspicious account activity, investigate tactfully, and work with our fraud team to protect members’ accounts.
