Role: Customer Contract Coordinator Position Type: Full-Time Working Hours: US Hours About Pavago At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients a Customer Contracts Coordinator. This role is focused on contract compliance, customer communication, and Salesforce data management. You will play a key part in ensuring customers remain engaged and compliant by managing outreach and keeping agreements up to date. Responsibilities Customer Communication Contact customers via phone and email to secure signed contracts. Manage outreach campaigns, including reminders and follow-ups, for unsigned or expired agreements. Clearly explain the importance of contracts, risks of non-compliance, and available incentives. Contract Administration Update Salesforce with contract statuses, outreach notes, and uploaded agreements. Monitor unsigned and expired contracts, ensuring timely renewals. Track compliance metrics and drive improvements. Collaboration & Process Work with internal teams to streamline communication processes (e.g., bulk outreach, customer segmentation). Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and response rates. Rules & Compliance Ensure all communication is professional and accurate. Protect the confidentiality of customer and contract information. Follow company guidelines, escalation steps, and deadlines for unsigned agreements. What Makes You a Perfect Fit Clear, confident, and professional communicator in spoken and written English. Strong persuasion skills with the ability to guide customers toward action. Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing a high outreach volume. Persistent and resilient when following up with hesitant or unresponsive customers. Comfortable working independently while contributing to team goals. Motivated by achieving measurable results and improving compliance rates. Required Experience & Skills 2+ years of experience in customer service, contract administration, or a related role. Demonstrated success in handling outbound calls and email-based follow-up campaigns. Proficiency with CRM tools; Salesforce experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with managing documents and administrative processes. Nice to have: exposure to legal or contract-related documentation. What Does a Typical Day Look Like? You will begin by reviewing Salesforce for unsigned or expired contracts and prioritizing outreach. Your day will focus on calling and emailing customers, logging updates, and ensuring agreements are signed. You’ll provide reassurance to customers, answer questions, and explain why contracts are essential. As you work, you’ll update compliance metrics, follow escalation procedures when needed, and collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach efficiency.
