Job Description: We are UPS, the world's largest package delivery company and we are looking for a dedicated and friendly --> Customer Counter Agent to join our Customer Service department in our Head Offices at Koropi (on site job). You will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service, managing customers' inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Main responsibilities ‣ Be the Face of UPS: Greet customers professionally and handle in-person inquiries efficiently with focus on quality service. ‣ Solve problems: Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately ‣ Build Loyalty: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing proactive support and clear communication ‣ Technology : use CRM and company's systems to process shipments and customers' documents seamlessly Qualifications ‣ Prior experience in a customer counter/front desk roles will be considered as a plus ‣ Experience with CRM systems and ability to use efficiently standard office equipment ‣ Fluency in Greek and English is a must ‣ Be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment ‣ Be Patient, with a Friendly approach and Can-do attitude ‣ Have Strong active listening and problem solving skills ‣ Ability to follow global procedures What we Offer: Work life Balance: 5 Days / week : Monday to Friday & free weekends Competitive Salary & Private Life & Health Insurance plan (under contract turn to perm) Support: Full training to help you perform at your best.
