We’re looking for a Customer Data Analyst to join our Sales and Marketing team based in the 8330 Chester st. office in Vancouver, BC. This individual will report to Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Job Overview: We are in the early stages of building a data-rich understanding of our customers, their behaviours, and their journeys. The Customer Data Analyst will play a crucial role in establishing the framework for collecting, organizing, interpreting, and applying customer data. This role bridges analytics and business decision-making, turning raw data into actionable insights that improve customer experience, loyalty, and sales.
