Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders. What you’ll bring: A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points. A friendly and helpful approach to customer service. Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment. Good communication skills and a team mindset. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings – no two days are the same. Weekends and evenings are a must - all colleagues work either a Saturday and/or a Sunday. Morning shifts start between 6.30-8am and finish between 2-3.30pm, evening shifts start between 2-3.0pm and finish at 10pm We are looking for colleagues to work 2 days a week, with the opportunity to pick up more shifts to cover holiday/sickness.
