Description

We are looking for a forward-thinking Customer Delivery Manager to join our Customers & Markets unit in Netherlands. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with our customers and ensure their technical setup and charging stations are operational within agreed timelines. You will collaborate internally with Customer Success Managers, Sales, Charging System Team, Customer Support and Product teams.
As the face of Virta to our customers, you will facilitate seamless collaboration and consistently deliver value to their businesses. This role will report directly to the Director of Customer Success.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth: Enhance customer experience and boost customer engagement to fuel our business expansion.
  • Lead customer journeys: Take charge of guiding customers through the onboarding process to project delivery and resolution.
  • Provide exceptional support: Create new customer accounts into Virta backend platform, Ensure Virta chargers are fully functional and ready for operation on our digital platform side, Offer proactive support, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through complex scenarios related to our charging platform.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Support, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to achieve outstanding results.
  • Maintain orderly processes: Ensure workflows and processes are organized and efficient.
  • Be the customer’s voice: Provide internal feedback to help us improve and better serve our customers.
  • Champion customer success: Partner with customers to maximize the value of our products and services, helping them achieve their goals and become advocates for Virta. Be the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can improve

What You Bring

  • A degree in IT or Business.
  • Over 2 years of experience in Project/Delivery Management, Customer Success, or another customer-facing role, preferably in the E-mobility sector.
  • Strong project management skills, technical acumen, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Motivation to perform routine tasks ensuring quality and accuracy at all times
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Dutch and French skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Current residence within the EU.
