Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Fluent in German (C level) and English (minimum B level). Certified in Prince2 Agile, PMP, or PMI-ACP; SAFe is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Skilled in budget management and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in telecommunications environments is preferred. Forecast and manage resource demand across technology, financials, and personnel. Drive quality assurance, reporting mechanisms, and maintain project documentation. Define and execute risk and change management strategies. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums and Program Sync Ups.
