YOUR ROLE & TEAM

We are making waves within the Enterprise space and excited to launch a newly created role, Customer Delivery & Solution Architect.
The role is focused on supporting our Enterprise and Key Account customers and will be the technical lead representing CreditorWatch to these customers. The Customer Delivery Architect is a critical customer-facing role that requires the instinctive ability to recognise gaps in customer capabilities and to translate them into business requirements and a delivery strategy.
The scope of the role includes delivering and implementing the solutions, as well as facilitating stabilisation and ongoing customer technical support.
This role reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Operations and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions out of our Sydney CBD Office.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Educate current and potential customers on the value proposition of CreditorWatch products & services in addressing their Credit & Payments risk assessment, API integration, Data & Analytics needs to achieve organisational goals.
  • Engage with customers to understand their credit risk management challenges and objectives. Build opportunities by identifying gaps in customers’ capabilities and relating them to business and technical solutions.
  • In partnership with Sales, Product & Engineering teams formulate and execute strategies to accelerate customer delivery outcomes.
  • Participate in deep architectural discussions and design exercises to deliver world-class solutions to customers.
  • Build deep relationships and act as trusted technology advisor with senior technical individuals within customer teams and enable them to be CreditorWatch advocates.
  • Demonstrating our API capabilities to prospects and customers, responding to specific API and Data related technical queries they may come up at any stage during the entire customer life cycle, i.e. from pre-sales to post go live.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the features, functionality, and business benefits of our credit risk software solutions.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to gather customer requirements and align them with our software capabilities.
  • Create customised solution architecture proposals and technical documentation that address the specific needs of prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with the product development and engineering teams to provide feedback, identify enhancements, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our credit risk software solutions.
