Role Title: Customer Development Enterprise Architect Work Level: 2A Scope: Global, Full time Reports to: GTM Lead Enterprise Architect Location: Pune, India JOB PURPOSE: As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Development Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. The role is part of the Enterprise Architecture team. The newly created Ice Cream Technology function will drive the technology set-up, standalone design and implementation of all required technology capabilities to enable business to become a fully functioning standalone company, separate from Unilever. As the Customer Development Enterprise Architect, you will define and drive the architectural vision and strategy across In-Home & Out of Home CD. You will ensure that digital capabilities, data models, and technology platforms are aligned with business goals to enable innovation, insights, and product development excellence. This role will require collaboration with technology and business leaders, partners and Unilever IT teams to support the overall set up of a future-fit IT function for the standalone Ice Cream organization. The successful candidate will be one that has significant IT expertise, has a passion for emerging technologies and a desire to make a meaningful impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Architecture Strategy: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint for Customer Development. Application Standards and Governance: Enforce architectural governance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security protocols. Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance key commercial processes. Collaboration: Partner with Go To Market leaders to translate business strategies into scalable, future-ready technology solutions. Performance Optimization: Ensure CD applications deliver benefits and are optimized for performance. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IH & OOH Customer Development application architecture. Skills and Experience Required: Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, ideally within FMCG or innovation-driven environments. Technical Skills: Understanding of Customer Development processes, including Order to Cash, Distributor Management, Promotion Management, Retail Execution etc. Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and modelling tools. Experience with CRM platforms, DMS systems, and integration patterns. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Certifications: Relevant certifications in areas such as Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), Agile and Scaled Frameworks, Cloud and Integration are highly desirable.
