Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, support needs and develop and execute strategies for increasing customer loyalty.
Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing and finance teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
Develop and implement account plans for key customers, identifying growth opportunities and potential risks.
Work closely with Director Key Accounts to align customer development strategies with overall company objectives.
Provide insights into customer preferences, trends and challenges.
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify patterns, opportunities for improvement, and new business prospects.
Provide regular reports to management on sales metrics and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
Develop and track KPIs to assess the success of customer development initiatives.
Ensure new customers are effectively onboarded, with proper training and support.
Provide ongoing education and resources to help customers maximize the value of our products.
