Customer Development Manager for Goodyear passenger car and light truck tires plays a crucial role in building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers to maximize our business growth in the Netherlands ((with office in Nieuwegein).

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, support needs and develop and execute strategies for increasing customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing and finance teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement account plans for key customers, identifying growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Work closely with Head of Sales to align customer development strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Provide insights into customer preferences, trends and challenges.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify patterns, opportunities for improvement, and new business prospects.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales metrics and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and track KPIs to assess the success of customer development initiatives.
  • Ensure new customers are effectively onboarded, with proper training and support.
  • Provide ongoing education and resources to help customers maximize the value of our products.
