Role reports to: Customer Development Director Location: Asia Pacific, Philippines, Metro Manila, Taguig Work Location: Fully Onsite What you will do This role will be responsible for supervising the distributor on the assigned territory. He/She is responsible for helping the company address customer expectations and serve their needs. The individual will also determine area opportunities together with the shopper marketing team, and manage account receivables to manage distributor cashflow. What You Will Do • Works with Distributor OM in hiring, training and evaluating performance of sales representatives • Establishes team and individual sales goals through total channel and per account activities that are aligned with account’s monthly/yearly targets • Budget Manager for all channels for the area • Ensures that Shopper Marketing Activities are properly cascaded to sales team • Ensures on time placement of new product and must-sell SKUs • Creates weekly report with drivers and necessary next steps to address opportunities • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level. • Prepares/controls budgets for the covered territory. • Coaching and mentoring sales team with quarterly sales course refresher to make sure that the salesmen never forget the basic guidelines of being a salesman. • Works with Area Activation Manager in implementing big ticket activations in the area that will help both in revenue/customer loyalty • Works closely with sales manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives. • Statement of account weekly submission, manages accounts receivables per account to make sure that there are no floating balances per account to avoid holding of orders • Conducts yearly business review with Key customers and make sure that they are aligned with our whole year plan. Responsibilities
The Customer Development Manager is responsible for supervising distributors, managing territory budgets, and driving sales performance through effective team coaching and strategic planning. They will also collaborate with shopper marketing and sales teams to implement activations and ensure product availability across all channels.
