POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Development Representatives (CDRs) to join our growing team. As a CDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, going door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods to generate interest, educate homeowners on our products and services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, persuasive, and enjoy connecting with people.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently approach and speak with strangers.
  • Resilience and persistence — comfortable handling rejection while staying motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when capturing lead information.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and walk door-to-door in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
  • Previous canvassing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on canvassing strategies and territory performance.
  • Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and canvassing techniques.
