The Customer Distribution Planner (f/m/d) is accountable/responsible for:

• Build and maintain Shipment Agreements for the assigned customers and capture all vital data for outbound shipment processes.
• Coordinate with different collaborators to ensure on-time in-full deliveries
• Implement key tasks to support critical metric reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
• Owns the creation of the Shipment agreements for the assigned programs and captures Customer shipping requirements and ensures alignment with Lonza internal procedures
• Collaborates with all vital collaborators (PM, MSAT, Operations, Quality…) to keep the Shipment Agreement relevant and up-to-date
• Performs all vital steps to ensure shipments are completed optimally and according to the planned schedule and proactively engages with the different collaborators to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
• Ensures stock is ready for shipment at the time required and following the agreed specifications
• Tracks and reports relevant critical metrics related to shipment completion
• Resolves and advances (if vital) possible delays vs agreed schedule

Key requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in SCM, Procurement or any relevant field
• Experienced within the Pharma industry
• Preferred APICS / CPIM
• Experience in SCM, Materials Planning/Scheduling
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good communication and presentation skils
• Fluency English is required
• Great Teammate and able to work across cross-functional teams
