YOUR SKILLSET – WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Willingness and ability to travel across Germany 4–6 times per month for customer trainings and field research
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, enablement, or learning experience design
  • Expertise in microlearning, mobile-first learning, or adaptive learning strategies
  • Strong writing, structuring, and visual design skills for content creation
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and taking ownership of end-to-end projects
