THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re currently looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor. Someone to join our Customer Engagement Team and to help us deliver the best Customer Experience in our industry. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed.
As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you will belong to the Customer Engagement team consisting of one CEC Manager, two 2nd line Specialists supporting escalations and 10 advisors bringing the team together by providing exceptional customer service. The Customer Engagement Center assists and collaborates the most across all departments at Polestar. The position is located at our Fornebu office right outside of Oslo and is an on-site position.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you’ll be expected to take responsibility for the Polestar Customer Journey and to always make sure that customer enquiries are solved in the best possible way. As a member of the Customer Engagement team, you’ll be essential for a successful Polestar customer journey, one of the keys will be collaboration with both colleagues inside and outside of your team.
Main areas of responsibilities:
Before becoming a fully operational Customer Engagement Advisor you will receive thorough training from our team, to make sure you have the best possible prerequisites to reach the expectations we have to all our Customer Engagement Advisors.
