Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Lead to join our Customer Experience team, based in Macquarie Park, Sydney.
This newly created role will focus on proactive, end-to-end order fulfilment across our Foodservice and Industrial customer channels. You’ll work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution of the order-to-cash process, while managing customer communications and resolving potential service issues before they arise.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure proactive execution of the order fulfilment process, resolving issues to enable smooth customer deliveries
  • Coordinate escalations across Supply Chain and Logistics on behalf of Sales and Customer Service
  • Own customer communications including operational updates, shortages, and delivery changes
  • Act as the link between Supply Chain and Customer Service, helping resolve and reduce recurring issues
  • Leverage insights and data to help drive continuous improvement across the customer experience
