POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive communicator to be our Customer Engagement & Office Admin. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our business clients—interacting with them daily, maintaining accurate records, preparing quotes, and ensuring requests are clearly communicated to our Graphic Design Department.
This is not a high-pressure sales role—it’s about follow-up, relationship-building, and representing our business with professionalism and care. You’ll also support office administration, invoicing, and print production/bindery as needed, working closely with our Production Specialist and Graphic Designer to keep jobs moving smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll thrive here if you’re a natural conversationalist who enjoys connecting with people, juggling multiple tasks, and keeping things organized.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bubbly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, quick to respond, and highly organized
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (sales or marketing preferred)
  • Printing or design experience is a bonus, but not required
  • Confident using email, file management, and office software
  • Comfortable learning print production processes and handling equipment
  • Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
