POSITION SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive communicator to be our Customer Engagement & Office Admin. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our business clients—interacting with them daily, maintaining accurate records, preparing quotes, and ensuring requests are clearly communicated to our Graphic Design Department.
This is not a high-pressure sales role—it’s about follow-up, relationship-building, and representing our business with professionalism and care. You’ll also support office administration, invoicing, and print production/bindery as needed, working closely with our Production Specialist and Graphic Designer to keep jobs moving smoothly from start to finish.
