As a Customer Engagement Officer in our Seniors Communities, you’ll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families navigating aged care. You'll build genuine trust, demystify the process, and connect them to tailored support —from initial My Aged Care enquiries to seamless consultations. Your opportunity Full Time Opportunity – Winston Hills Office This is a client-focused role where you’ll combine relationship-building, sales intake, and lead management to connect people with the care they need. With care and professionalism, you will: Establish trust with prospective clients and their representatives Provide clear advice and guidance on aged care services, including My Aged Care processes Showcase Anglicare’s point of difference, tailoring recommendations to client needs Manage referrals and leads via ARK, provider portals, and other channels Support clients through the transition from CHSP to HCP & Support at Home Program. Ensure the client journey from intake to consultation is seamless, empathetic and professional Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external health professionals What you’ll bring You’re compassionate, customer-focused, and thrive in a role where you can guide people through important life decisions. You will need: Certificate III in Aged Care/Community Services (or equivalent) Previous experience in aged care or community services Knowledge of government-subsidised aged care services (Support at Home-Home Care Packages) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong computer literacy skills, experience using multiple programs Ability to build trust, showcase services, and manage expectations A commitment to Anglicare’s vision, mission and values Why Anglicare?
