Job Description    Job Title: Customer Engagement Representative  Reporting to: Branch Manager or Customer Service Manager  Status: Non-Exempt    Purpose The Customer Engagement Representative plays a key role in ensuring Pine’s customers receive exceptional service from inquiry to delivery. This position combines customer relationship management with branch operational coordination — supporting rentals, logistics, and administrative processes.   What You’ll Do * Serve as primary contact for customers regarding equipment rentals, order status, and general inquiries. * Prepare quotes for products and services; follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and capture outcomes. * Review customer orders to confirm that equipment, accessories, consumables, quantities, price, and any special contract instructions are understood. * Assist in branch sales and marketing efforts through outgoing phone calls and emails. * Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries, pickups, and service resolutions. * Enter and maintain order details, call-offs, and communications in Pine’s database. * Help customers troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions such as repairs, replacements, or adjustments. * Process POs, billing, and credit card transactions as needed. * Promote a positive Health and Safety attitude / workplace. * Through your regular customer engagement, identify opportunities to improve service, expand relationships, or drive revenue growth. * Other duties as assigned.   What You Bring * Excellent Communication Skills- Written, Verbal, Interpersonal, and Phone. * Proactive and creative problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of the customer experience. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with databases or CRM systems.   Education/Experience * High School Diploma/GED or Higher * 2+ years of Customer Service Experience, preferably in the environmental/safety or rental field   Why You’ll Love Working Here * You’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-driven branch team where service excellence directly contributes to success. * Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including: * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance * Paid time off * RRSP match * A stable, growing company with opportunities to learn the environmental and rental services industry.   Environment This is a non-safety sensitive position.
