About the Role Are you passionate about customer experience, retention, and digital sales innovation? Join our Institutional Division as an Inside Sales Manager for a 9-month secondment, covering parental leave. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the primary contact for a defined portfolio of institutional customers, managing enquiries, driving retention, and supporting replenishment orders. You’ll also play a key part in new solution sales and digital sales campaigns as they arise. Key Responsibilities Customer Enquiries: Manage and respond to all incoming customer enquiries for your assigned portfolio, ensuring prompt and professional resolution. Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with institutional clients, proactively communicating to drive retention and satisfaction. Replenishment Orders: Assist customers with replenishment orders, ensuring continuity of supply and service. New Solution Sales: Identify and pursue opportunities for new solution sales within your customer base. Digital Sales Campaigns: Support and execute digital sales campaigns as required throughout the secondment period. Reporting: Track and report on key metrics, including customer retention rates, sales performance, and campaign outcomes. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Institutional Sales Lead and team members to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement. About You Experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management (B2B preferred). Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and virtual. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Comfortable with digital tools and sales platforms. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Previous experience managing a customer portfolio is highly regarded. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
