THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Engagement Representative to join our Australasian Sales team and continue our commercialization of the eShepherd virtual fencing products to our markets.
Reporting to the Director of Sales- Americas, you will be one of the Customer Engagement Representative responsible for sourcing and leveraging provided leads and using your expertise to drive sales for eShepherd products. You will play a pivotal role in expanding market reach, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, relationship building, and sales acumen to effectively promote our eShepherd products.
Operating predominantly in a remote way, you’ll be a critical function of supporting commercialization of the eShepherd product into the American market. Your primary focus will be leveraging leads from our website and wider eShepherd team and supporting the promotion of our critical points of difference, converting leads into customers.
