As we grow, we’re looking for an energetic and personable Customer Engagement Specialist to help us stay closely connected with our customers and support our outside sales efforts.
About the Role
As our Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our loyal customers. You’ll make outbound calls to check in, reconnect them with their dedicated sales reps, and ensure they’re moving smoothly through the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Outreach: Call existing customers to check in, reintroduce them to their sales rep, and keep them engaged with our services.
  • CRM Updates: Record every customer interaction in our CRM, keeping information up to date and pipeline status clear.
  • Pipeline Monitoring: Track where each customer stands in the sales journey and make sure no opportunities fall through the cracks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with outside sales reps to coordinate follow-ups, share customer insights, and help drive success.

What You Bring

  • An enthusiastic, upbeat phone presence that makes people smile.
  • Experience in a customer service, inside sales, or client success role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  • A desire to be part of a winning team with a purpose.
