They handle both inbound and outbound calls, making sure customers feel heard, supported, and taken care of. This person builds trust quickly, gathers the right information, and schedules appointments in a clear and confident way. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, pays attention to details, and can juggle tasks in a fast-moving environment. Most importantly, they should genuinely enjoy helping people and be able to represent the company with warmth, professionalism, and accuracy on every call. Responsibilities: • Set appointments for inbound callers and ensure they’re connected with the right team • Route warranty claims to the appropriate department • Route billing questions and escalations to the correct internal contacts • Work incoming leads from the marketing team and convert them into scheduled appointments • Provide general customer service support as the role continues to grow and evolve Qualifications: Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and active listening Ability to stay calm, confident, and solution-focused Computer proficiency (CRM systems, Google Suite, basic data entry, excel) Compensation & Benefits: Annual salary: $35,000 Weekends when needed- hours could vary Solid opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-focused work environment Culture centered on integrity, accountability, and collaboration Join Our Team!
