JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for commissioning, maintenance, component replacements and emergency repairs of Vertiv’s Thermal Management products as well as other contracted systems. Another important task is to provide good technical support to customers and internally. Required to establish, promote and maintain excellent relations with all customers, sales managers, distributors and others within the field. Maintain ongoing communication with scheduling teams and department Management.
A s Vertiv face to face representative on site, your objective is to promote Vertiv as a professional service provider .
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferable 10 years experience of working in a technical service environment with Thermal equipment or similar but the right personality is equally important.
Self-starter, ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively with ability to work under pressure.Clean valid driving licence.
